Supercharger Bypass Kit

This kit provides a true bolt-on solution that operates independently of the factory supercharger, offering a less restricted flow path, lower intake air temperatures (IATs), and reduced drivetrain strain compared to stock configurations. The system is designed to be a 100% true bolt-on installation, requiring no cutting, welding, or fabrication, with all AN lines pre-made to the correct length. The kit features a 100% billet intake manifold with an integrated air/water intercooler and 16 ORB ports. The hotside pipes are constructed from 2.5″ 304 Stainless Steel with billet stainless flanges designed to seal to the factory manifolds, which have been tested to support over 1400+ wheel horsepower. The coldside piping is also made from 2.5″ 304 stainless steel, transitioning to a 4″ pipe for efficient airflow to the throttle body. The exhaust components are 34SS 3″, designed to connect directly to the factory or aftermarket Cat-back exhaust systems. Fuel delivery is handled by billet fuel rails with -10AN ports, and the kit includes braided stainless feed lines and billet oil drains. The system utilizes Turbosmart wastegates and a Turbosmart blow-off valve for precise boost control. Additionally, a screw-in IAT sensor, wideband sensor extensions, boots, and stainless T-bolt clamps are included, along with air filters/screens tailored to the chosen turbo size (either 62mm or 68mm dual ceramic ball bearing turbos). This kit is capable of supporting over 1800+ WHP, with demonstrated performance of 915 WHP and 845 Ft-Lbs at 10 PSI, and 1162 WHP and 1073 Ft-Lbs at 17 PSI. It offers controllable boost levels, significantly lower intake air temperatures (up to 30 degrees cooler than ambient for supercharger temps), and no longer necessitates battling intake heat issues. The design retains all factory sensors and the factory cooling system. The entire kit is 100% designed, fabricated, and finished in the U.S.A. Please note that this product is discontinued.
