The ModdBox 01-03 Ranger/B4000 Supercharger Installation Kit is a comprehensive mounting and hardware solution for adapting an Eaton M90 supercharger to the 4.0L SOHC engine. This kit includes CNC-machined components such as the inlet adapter pipe, plenum top and bottom plates, and a 3.5psi boost pulley, along with a high-flow 255lph fuel pump and supporting hardware.

Note that this kit does not include the supercharger itself. It is designed specifically for 2001-2003 Ford Ranger and Mazda B4000 models, though compatibility with earlier years may be possible via contact with the manufacturer.

The ModdBox 01-03 Ranger/B4000 Supercharger Installation Kit provides the essential hardware required to integrate an Eaton M90 supercharger into your vehicle. This engineered kit includes a CNC-machined inlet adapter pipe, M90 plenum plates, a T-cable and cruise mount, and a 3.5psi boost pulley. All pulleys feature ASST surface treatment to minimize noise common with aftermarket aluminum units. The package also includes a 255lph fuel pump, a 35mm bypass valve, serpentine belt, and necessary silicone gaskets, hoses, and electrical extensions for a complete installation. Important: This kit does NOT include the supercharger unit. You must source an Eaton M90 supercharger from specific donor vehicles, including the 1989-1990 Mercury Cougar XR-7 and 1990-1995 Ford Thunderbird Super Coupe. Installation requires mechanical proficiency; a detailed online manual is provided. Performance potential varies by configuration. While a 3.0-3.5 psi boost setup requires no tune, higher boost levels (5.5-9.5 psi) necessitate a professional tune, alongside required injector and MAF upgrades. Specific compatibility is limited to 2001-2003 Ford Ranger and 2001-2003 Mazda B4000 models; earlier years require direct contact with the manufacturer for verification.
