Description
This component is part of the supercharger drive assembly and is located within the supercharger snout. The original factory isolator uses a spring mechanism that can lead to noise and a short service life. The spring can wear a groove into the supercharger shaft, creating debris that may cause the shaft seal to fail. This replacement coupler, manufactured by Eaton Corporation for GM, is an OEM part that installs as a direct replacement and is not susceptible to the original unit's issues.
