Overview

The A&A Corvette supercharger kit is designed for the 2005-2007 C6 Corvette LS2.

This system increases horsepower while maintaining drivability and fuel mileage. It features a large Turbosmart blow-off valve that remains open at cruise and light throttle, allowing the supercharger to freewheel and reduce parasitic loss. The kit provides approximately 175 RWHP gain.

The A&A Corvette supercharger kit is engineered for the 2005-2007 C6 Corvette LS2, offering a significant power upgrade while preserving drivability and fuel efficiency. This system employs a superior belt drive setup with a CNC-machined bracket from 5/8" 6061 aluminum plate, ensuring precise belt alignment and wrap. The Vortech head unit is paired with a highly efficient, hand-welded air-to-air intercooler utilizing a "Ram Air" design. This design allows for a large intercooler core with directional vanes in the lower tank to promote even charge air distribution across the entire core. The intercooler is positioned forward to optimize cooling airflow through the radiator and AC condenser. Key components include a large aluminum Turbosmart blow-off valve, aluminum charge tubing, silicone couplers, and stainless steel clamps. The kit also includes high-capacity injectors and a choice of an LPE fuel pump or a Boost A Pump to support the increased power output, delivering an estimated gain of 175 RWHP. This comprehensive package ensures a robust and effective supercharging solution for your LS2 engine.
