Supercharger Pulley

The ZPE Griptec GRIP-LT4 supercharger pulley is engineered to enhance the performance of factory GM LT4 1.7L superchargers. Constructed from ultra-lightweight, billet 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, it offers superior strength and hardness compared to standard 6061 T6. The pulley features GripTec's patented micro machining technology (Level 2V/3V grip), which creates multi-directional ridges and valleys on the surface. This design maximizes grip force on the belt, preventing slippage and ensuring optimal power transfer from the supercharger. The 2-piece design of the Griptec pulley, along with the included hub adapter, facilitates quick and efficient pulley swaps. Once the hub is installed, changing pulleys only requires removing and replacing six M6 bolts, making it ideal for systems with space limitations or for performance tuning where different pulley sizes may be desired. The technology also serves as escape channels for trapped air and debris, further improving the belt-to-pulley connection. This pulley is designed for specific LT4 applications, including the 2016-2019 Chevy Corvette C7 Z06, 2016-2019 Chevy Camaro ZL1, 2015-2019 Cadillac CTS-V, and 2021+ Cadillac CT5-V. Note that certain pulley sizes, particularly those larger than 2.5 inches, may use a different hub than smaller sizes. Additionally, some specific pulley sizes (e.g., 2.25 inches) may require snout modification, as indicated by the manufacturer. The pulley is finished with a Type III Anodized, Class 2, Hard Coat for enhanced durability.
