The 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is engineered to enhance the performance of your Audi's supercharged engine. At 57.70mm in diameter, this black zinc-plated pulley is significantly smaller than the stock component, thereby increasing the supercharger's drive ratio. This modification results in faster supercharger speeds, leading to higher boost pressure across the entire RPM range. For optimal performance gains, this pulley upgrade must be paired with 034Motorsport's Stage 2 or Stage 2+ Performance Software, which is sold separately. The system is designed to keep the Eaton TVS 1320 Supercharger within its recommended operating speed, with a redline of 7,200 RPM. The kit includes the 034Motorsport Supercharger Pulley and a new Continental replacement belt. Installation effort is rated as medium.
