Supercharger System

The VF Engineering Supercharger System is engineered to significantly boost the performance of the 2000-2003 BMW 5-Series 530. VF-Engineering prioritizes maintaining the original BMW quality, smoothness, and reliability, integrating their proprietary VF Hex Flash software for optimal performance. This complete system has undergone extensive road testing and dyno tuning on both Mustang MD500AWD and Dynojet 224XLC dynamometers. It operates at approximately 6 psi, providing power outputs comparable to or exceeding systems with higher boost levels and aftercooling. The system features an in-house CNC machined aluminum bracket for the Vortech supercharger, ensuring it is mounted in line with the original serpentine belt, which is replaced with a longer OEM belt. The OEM active-spring belt tensioner remains functional, eliminating belt slip. High-flow OEM injectors are included as direct replacements. Installation is designed to be non-intrusive and fully reversible, typically taking between 8-10 hours. This product is not California Emissions Compliant or CARB approved and is therefore NOT legal for use on public roads in California or states with similar regulations.
