Supercharger System for 2ZZ-GE

The Bae REV300TVS is a comprehensive supercharger system engineered for the 2ZZ-GE engine, utilizing a Harrop TVS 1320 supercharger. This kit is designed to be fully compatible with a stock 2ZZ-GE engine and includes a specialized flash tune and blower pulley. It represents a significant advancement in supercharging technology, offering a modular, upgradeable, and emissions-friendly solution for performance enhancement. The tight coupling between the heat exchanger and intake manifold minimizes intake volume, resulting in crisper throttle response and improved supercharger efficiency. Additionally, a shorter airflow distance reduces pressure drop, weight, and parasitic power consumption, leading to higher net power gains. The kit also includes an ITG Cold-Air Intake, REV300 MAF Housing, ARP fasteners, CNC-machined brackets, a REV oil dipstick tube, serpentine belt, Bosch EV-14 750cc fuel injectors, and an Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Kit, providing everything needed for installation except tools and fluids. This supercharger system is compatible with Lotus Elise, Exige, and 2-Eleven models from 2005 to 2011. ECU tuning is performed via proprietary software and calibration work by BOE, with a typical turn-around time of 7-10 business days for the tune. Both K-Line and CANBUS cars will require their ECUs to be mailed in for reflashing. A sturdier clutch is recommended for optimal performance with this setup. It's important to note that while the kit is street-friendly and emissions-friendly, it is not CARB approved.
