It aims to maximize performance by allowing your supercharger to reach higher levels when coupled with the optimized airflow provided by the updated intake configuration. The kit features an aluminum intake tube with a black textured powder-coated finish, a black silicone coupler, and stainless steel clamps. This construction ensures durability and a clean aesthetic under the hood. The intake tube itself is 4.0" (102mm) in diameter and is ceramic coated. Installation instructions are included, and the product is proudly made in the USA. This update kit offers potential horsepower gains ranging from +24-41 RWHP, depending on the tune. It's important to note that tuning may be required to achieve these figures. Cold Air Inductions emphasizes that their horsepower gains are measured at the wheels (whp) under real-world driving conditions with the hood closed, providing a more accurate representation of performance compared to systems tested with the hood open or under simulated conditions.
