Overview

This kit integrates new brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade, while continually cooling and refreshing the brake pad surface during use. The SuperComp caliper is machined from aircraft-quality billet and features larger pistons compared to ProComp calipers. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates.

The kit features a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design also prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily driving.

This advanced braking system incorporates innovative technology to dramatically reduce brake fade, offering consistent performance even under demanding conditions. At the core of this kit is the extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, crafted from aircraft-quality billet. It features a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This SuperComp system includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which contributes to reduced rotating and unsprung weight. The floating nature of the disc also mitigates thermal stresses, preventing warping and ensuring the braking surface remains true. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes noise and effectively expels gas and pad debris. Each rotor undergoes heat treatment and balancing for maximum performance.
