SuperComp 2-Piece Floating Disc Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Front Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W211 E55 AMG and E63 AMG (2003-2009). This kit integrates new brake technology to reduce brake fade and continually cool the brake pads, ensuring consistent performance under demanding conditions. The SuperComp calipers are forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, featuring differential bore configurations and larger pistons for superior braking force. These calipers are lightweight, weighing just over 7lbs each, and include protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly designed to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also mitigates thermal stresses that can lead to disc warping or cupping. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise and effectively expels gas and pad debris. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which utilize NAOC ceramic compound for optimal street and occasional track performance. An option for Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made from carbon metallic, is also available for extreme track conditions. All Ksport big brake kits are made-to-order and come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Note that these kits are non-refundable once the order is placed.
