The Ksport Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for your Audi B8 A4. This kit features a 330mm x 32mm rotor size and integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool and refresh the brake pad surface under demanding braking conditions. The SuperComp caliper is a standout component, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum for an extremely lightweight design that also aids in heat dissipation. It features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons compared to Ksport's ProComp calipers, a forged aluminum construction, and machined protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the included stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure for improved pedal feel and quicker response. This kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design mitigates thermal stresses that can cause warping or cupping of the braking surface under extreme heat. The rotors feature a unique slot design that reduces braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Customers can choose between cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to cooler operation, or slotted rotors, which are better suited for track use. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic pads designed for optimal performance on the street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. An option for Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic for extreme track conditions, is also available. This big brake kit is specifically designed to fit the Audi A4 B8 (2009-2016) models equipped with either the 3.2L V6 engine, the 2.0T FWD engine, or the 2.0T Quattro engine.
