Supercomp 356mm Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver superior stopping power and significantly reduce brake fade for your Volkswagen Golf MK4 (1998-2005). This kit integrates advanced brake technology, including a lightweight, one-piece caliper CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. The caliper features an opposed-piston design for improved pad wear and rigidity, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly with an aluminum center to reduce rotating and unsprung weight, leading to quicker braking response and shorter stopping distances. The floating disc option is available to mitigate thermal stresses that can warp the disc or cup the braking surface under extreme heat. Rotors feature a unique slot design to reduce noise and expel gas and pad debris efficiently. The Supercomp rotors offer a full-floating design for better self-centering within the caliper, which lowers brake drag and enhances overall performance. The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit includes replacement calipers, rotors, pads, stainless-steel brake lines, and all related hardware. Customers can choose from 4 standard caliper colors (Orange, Red, Yellow, Black) or over 20,000 custom colors. Pad options include the SC5 Street pads with a low-dust ceramic compound for daily driving, or RC1 Race Pads for extreme track conditions. This specific kit is for the rear application and features 4-piston calipers with 356mm rotors.
