SuperComp 356mm Rear Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for your BMW E46 3-Series. This kit features a 356mm (14-inch) diameter, 32mm thick floating 2-piece disc assembly, designed to reduce rotating and unsprung weight while preventing thermal stress warping. The extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper is forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and boasts larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, significantly improving pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. The opposed piston caliper design and stainless-steel brake lines ensure improved pedal feel and quicker response by preventing expansion under pressure. Standard on this caliper are aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. Due to the larger size of the SuperComp caliper, four brake pads are standard per caliper. The rotors are available in slotted or cross-drilled designs. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use as they expel gas and pad debris faster, while cross-drilled rotors tend to run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles. The kit includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic pads designed for optimal performance under street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust and noise. Optional RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic, are available for extreme track conditions but are not recommended for street use due to their high operating temperature requirements. This big brake kit is specifically designed for the BMW 3 Series E46 from 1999-2005, but it explicitly excludes the 330 and xi models. The kit is made to order and is non-refundable once the order is placed. Customization options include caliper color and pad type, as well as optional upgrades for center bells.
