Supercomp 380mm x 32mm Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for your Mercedes Benz W220 S-Class. This front brake system features large 380mm x 32mm rotors and Ksport's SuperComp calipers, which are forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and utilize differential bore configurations with larger pistons than their ProComp series. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure, improving pedal feel and response. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly designed to reduce weight and prevent thermal stress from warping the discs. Standard cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The standard SC5 Street Pads are ceramic, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. Optional RC5 Race Pads are available for extreme track conditions but are not recommended for street use due to their high operating temperature requirement. This Ksport Big Brake Kit is made to order and is non-refundable once the order is placed. The SuperComp calipers, due to their large size, each utilize four brake pads. The kit comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This big brake kit is specifically designed for the Benz S Class W220 (1999-2006) models, including the S600 with M137 5.8L engine (99-02), S500 with M113 5.0L engine, and the S600 with M275 5.5TT engine (03-06).
