The Ksport Supercomp 4-Piston Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver enhanced rear stopping power for high-performance street and track applications on the Ford Mustang. This kit features larger calipers, rotors, and pads than Ksport's Procomp kits, resulting in greater thermal capacity and improved overall stopping performance. Construction includes lightweight, forged one-piece calipers with a bold orange finish. The 14-inch (356mm) full-floating, two-piece rotors are cross-drilled to aid in heat dissipation and minimize warping under demanding conditions. The calipers are CNC machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, utilizing aluminum pistons with high-temperature seals for heat resistance. The full-floating rotor design also contributes to improved self-centering and reduced warping. Installation of this kit is considered hard, requiring mechanical expertise or professional installation. While it is designed as a bolt-on upgrade with no vehicle modifications necessary, it is important to note that this kit is designed for 2WD vehicles only. The kit includes two rear calipers, two cross-drilled full-floating two-piece rotors, a set of brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting brackets and hardware.
