The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide exceptional stopping power and reduce brake fade for your BMW 1 Series E82 (2007-2012) 128 and 135. This kit integrates advanced brake technology, including large 400mm slotted rotors and Ksport's extreme lightweight SuperComp 8-piston calipers. These calipers are machined from aircraft-quality billet and feature a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons than OEM. Each caliper boasts a 1-piece aluminum construction for reduced weight and corrosion resistance, while aluminum pistons offer improved heat resistance. The opposed-piston design enhances pad grip and minimizes uneven wear. The kit includes two-piece floating rotors with aluminum centers to lower rotational mass and improve braking response. The unique slot design on the rotors helps reduce braking noise and expels heat, dust, and gases more effectively. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use. The kit includes calipers, rotors, pads, stainless steel brake lines (which resist expansion under pressure), and all necessary hardware.
