Supercomp 400mm x 36mm Big Brake Kit Front

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide ultimate stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W221 S-Class. This front kit features a substantial 400mm x 36mm rotor and Ksport's extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and weighing just over 7lbs. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and rigidity, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Each caliper utilizes four brake pads for superior performance. The SuperComp systems include a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces rotating and unsprung weight, and prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. This kit is configured with cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures compared to slotted rotors. This specific kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are NAOC ceramic pads designed for optimal braking in street and occasional track conditions. For more extreme track use, Race Pads (carbon metallic) are available as an option. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper location.
