The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver unparalleled stopping power for your Volkswagen B6 Passat. This premium front brake system features a massive 421mm x 36mm drilled rotor and a forged aircraft-quality billet aluminum 8-piston SuperComp caliper. The caliper design boasts differential bore configuration, larger pistons, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. Its opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the included stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The 2-piece floating disc assembly is designed to reduce rotating and unsprung weight, while preventing thermal stress from warping the disc. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily drivers to run cooler. Buyers can select between Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which offer a balance of performance and reduced dust/noise, or Ksport RC5 Race Pads for extreme track conditions. This kit is made to order and is non-refundable. Fitment is confirmed for VW Passat B6 models (2006-2010) with the 2.0T, 3.6L VR6 4Motion, or 3.6L VR6 FWD engines.
