The Ksport Supercomp 8 Piston 330mm Front Big Brake Kit represents Ksport's most extreme brake upgrade, engineered to deliver unparalleled stopping power without requiring any vehicle modifications for installation. This advanced bolt-on system builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors for improved self-centering. The calipers are meticulously crafted from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum billet, ensuring exceptional lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. These calipers also feature aluminum pistons, which offer better heat resistance and maintain uncompromised operation under demanding conditions. The rotors feature a floating two-piece design, allowing the outer section to shift slightly for better self-centering within the caliper. This design reduces brake drag and enhances performance through more even application. The kit comes standard with SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, optimized for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear with optimal operating temperatures between 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, preventing line expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily driven vehicles due to better cooling. The calipers are available in standard painted colors (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) with options for premium high polish finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium) and custom color options. Please note that Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, and production and delivery typically take 4-6 weeks. This kit fits 2WD vehicles only and requires 17-inch wheels or larger. It is compatible with various Honda Civic (1992-1995 EG models including EX Coupe/sedan, LX sedan, and SI with ABS) and Honda Del Sol (1993-1997) models.
