Supercomp 8-Piston 380mm Slotted Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit provides enhanced stopping power for your Saab 9-5 (1998-2002). This SuperComp system utilizes extremely lightweight 8-piston calipers machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. These calipers feature a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, offering improved pad wear and rigidity. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed-piston design ensures superior pad grip and more even wear compared to OEM designs, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly with 380mm slotted rotors. The floating design reduces rotating and unsprung weight, and it mitigates thermal stresses to prevent rotor warping. The unique rotor slotting helps reduce braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Ksport rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. This specific kit includes calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and all necessary hardware. The caliper color is standard Orange, but custom colors are available as an upgrade.
