Supercomp 8 Piston 400mm Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents the pinnacle of brake system upgrades, engineered to deliver unparalleled stopping power for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic. At its core are forged, one-piece monoblock aluminum calipers, machined from aerospace-quality billet for exceptional strength, lightweight construction, and resistance to corrosion. These calipers house 8 pistons, working in conjunction with 400mm floating two-piece slotted rotors. The floating rotor design allows for slight self-centering within the caliper, which reduces brake drag and improves overall performance. Standard with this kit are Ksport's SC5 Street pads, formulated for optimal braking in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust and noise compared to dedicated race pads. Complementing the braking hardware are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate line expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Both slotted and cross-drilled rotor options are available, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily driving due to superior cooling.
