The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver superior stopping power for your Audi 4L Q7. This extreme brake upgrade features a massive 8-piston caliper design, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, paired with large 421mm x 36mm (16.6-inch) 2-piece floating disc assemblies. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. These calipers are designed to be lightweight, weighing just over 7lbs each, and include protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The 2-piece floating disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight, and the unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise while expelling gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily-driven vehicles and slotted rotors for more track-focused use. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal performance for street and occasional track conditions, with a reduced dust output. Optional RC5 Race Pads are available for extreme track use. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and response.
