SuperComp 8-Piston Big Brake Kit w/ 400mm Floating Rotors

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers ultimate stopping power, integrating advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously refresh the brake pad surface during braking. At the core of this system is the extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, weighing just over 7 lbs. each. It features a differential bore configuration with much larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. The caliper is precisely machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and includes machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over the stock setup, and the stainless steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure. This kit includes Ksport's 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping of the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris, offering superior performance compared to conventional slot designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced before shipment to ensure optimal performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors tend to run cooler than slotted ones. However, slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that experience more track use than daily driving. This kit is specifically designed for the Lexus SC400 (1992-2000) and SC300 (1992-2000) models with the JZZ30 chassis.
