SuperComp 8-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your 1995-2000 Lexus LS400. The kit's core is the extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum. It features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, significantly improving pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Each caliper requires four brake pads, and they come standard with Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. Optional RC1 Race Pads are available for extreme track conditions. SuperComp systems include Ksport's 2-piece floating disc assembly, available with either cross-drilled rotors (recommended for daily drivers for cooler operation) or slotted rotors (recommended for track use). The floating design minimizes warping and cupping from extreme heat, while the rotor slot design reduces noise and expels gas and debris. Heat-treated and balanced rotors ensure optimal performance. D.O.T. compliant stainless steel braided brake lines are standard, enhancing pedal feel and response by preventing expansion under pressure. The kit comes with CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure proper fitment to OEM caliper bracket locations. All Ksport big brake kits are backed by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects. The rotors are 380mm (15 inches) in diameter.
