The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide the ultimate stopping power for your Mercedes Benz W212 E350 4 Matic. This kit integrates advanced brake technology to substantially reduce brake fade and ensure continuous cooling of the brake pads. The SuperComp caliper is forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, featuring a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons than standard calipers. Each caliper weighs just over 7 lbs and includes protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Due to the caliper's size, four brake pads are standard per caliper. The kit includes 2-piece floating discs that reduce rotating and unsprung weight, prevent thermal stress warping, and feature a unique slot design to expel gas and pad debris faster. This kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are NAOC ceramic pads designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, operating efficiently between 194°F – 1022°F. They offer a 50% reduction in brake dust compared to race pads and minimize noise and rotor wear. Optionally, RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic and optimal between 482°F – 1472°F, are available for extreme track use but are not recommended for street driving. The rotors are cross-drilled, which tends to run cooler and is recommended for daily-driven vehicles, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use. All kits include CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and quicker response. The specific caliper color is customizable from a range of options, including Ksport Orange, Race Red, Caution Yellow, Jet Black, and Bold Blue.
