SuperComp 8-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

This system integrates new brake technology for improved performance. The extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, features a differential bore and larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, weighing just over 7lbs each. It includes protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems come standard with a 2-piece floating disc assembly. This design reduces both rotating and unsprung weight, and prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Each rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that see more track use. Specific fitment is for the Porsche Macan S AWD. This kit includes a 400mm slotted rotor with a 36mm width and an 8-piston caliper. The caliper material is aircraft-quality billet aluminum with aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel wear plates. The brake lines are stainless steel, and the disc assembly is a 2-piece floating design.
