Supercomp 8-Piston Rear Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit provides a significant upgrade in stopping power for the rear of your BMW E63/E64 6-Series. This kit features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, with a differential bore configuration and much larger pistons than standard calipers. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems include a 2-piece floating disc assembly that reduces weight and thermal stress, preventing disc warping and cupping. The rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily driven vehicles. This specific kit is designed for the BMW 6 Series E6X models from 2004-2010, including the 645Ci (N62 4.4L), 650i (N62 4.8L), and M6 (S85 5.0L). The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic pads designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced brake dust and noise. An option for Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made from carbon metallic for extreme track conditions, is also available but not recommended for street use due to high working temperatures. Ksport Big Brake Kits are made-to-order and non-refundable. Customers can choose from a variety of caliper colors, including Ksport Orange, Race Red, Caution Yellow, Jet Black, and Bold Blue. Premium finishes like Lightning Silver, High Silver Polish, High Gold Polish, and Titanium are available at an additional charge. Center bell upgrade options are also available. Each kit includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-up to OEM locations and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and quicker response. A 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturer defects.
