SuperComp 8 Piston Rear Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp 8 Piston Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver ultimate stopping power and significantly reduce brake fade through advanced brake technology that continually cools and refreshes the brake pad surface. The kit features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet, with a differential bore configuration and larger pistons than their ProComp calipers. Standard features on each caliper include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp system includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, reducing rotating and unsprung weight and preventing disc warping from extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and expels gas and debris more efficiently. This kit is specified for the 1992-1995 Honda Civic with OE rear disc brakes. Please note that the OEM handbrake will not function with this kit. Additionally, for the 1988-1991 Honda Civic EF Si with OE rear disc, the OEM handbrake will also not function.
