SuperComp 8-Pot 356x32mm Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide the ultimate in stopping power for your Audi B6 S4. This front brake system utilizes massive 8-pot calipers and 356x32mm two-piece floating disc assemblies. The SuperComp calipers are forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and feature a differential bore configuration with larger pistons for significantly enhanced braking performance and pad wear. Aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates are standard. The two-piece floating disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight, while also mitigating thermal stresses that can cause warping. The rotors feature a unique slot design to reduce braking noise and expel gas and pad debris more efficiently. For optimal performance, the rotors are heat-treated and balanced before shipment. Customers can choose between cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles due to cooler operation, or slotted rotors, favored for track use. This kit includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are NAOC ceramic pads designed for optimal braking in street and occasional track conditions, operating efficiently between 194°F – 1022°F. An option to upgrade to Ksport RC5 Race Pads, carbon metallic pads for extreme track conditions (optimal operation temperatures 482°F – 1472°F), is also available, though these are not recommended for street use. All Ksport big brake kits come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This specific kit is designed for the Audi B6 S4 with the 4.2L V8 engine, model years 2003-2005.
