The Ksport BKMZ100-836CO Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents Ksport's most extreme bolt-on brake upgrade, engineered to deliver maximum stopping power. It utilizes larger-diameter, cross-drilled rotors and an increased piston count within its caliper design, combined with full-floating two-piece rotor technology for enhanced performance. Constructed from aircraft-grade billet aluminum, the one-piece calipers are CNC machined for a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and exceptionally strong build. They feature a differential bore, opposed-piston configuration for improved pad wear and rigidity, with aluminum pistons for better heat resistance. High-temperature seals, stainless-steel brake pad wear plates, and protection grooves are standard, and the calipers are available in 4, 6, or 8 piston configurations. The full-floating two-piece rotor system reduces rotating and unsprung weight, allowing for unrestricted thermal expansion to prevent warping. The cross-drilled rotors are ideal for daily driving, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use. This kit includes D.O.T.-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for a firmer pedal feel and faster response, along with NAOC Ceramic brake pads that offer a wide operating range and produce less dust and noise. CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets ensure direct bolt-on installation to OEM mounting points without vehicle modifications.
