Supercomp Big Brake Kit

Building upon the foundation of the Procomp kit, the Supercomp version introduces larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering capabilities within the caliper. Each caliper is meticulously crafted from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, resulting in a one-piece, forged construction that is exceptionally lightweight, incredibly strong, and resistant to corrosion. The calipers are equipped with aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance and maintain uncompromised operational integrity under demanding conditions. The Supercomp brake systems feature a two-piece floating rotor design. This feature not only reduces brake drag but also boosts overall braking performance through more consistent and even pad application. Standard with the kit are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, optimized for street driving and occasional track use. These pads offer a significant reduction in brake dust (over 50% compared to race pads) and minimize noise and rotor wear, performing optimally between 194°F and 1022°F. Further enhancing the braking system, the kit includes DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines. These lines prevent expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to their cooler operation, while slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles frequently used on the track. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. The kit is specifically designed for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra.
