SuperComp Big Brake Kit

This kit integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continually cool the brake pad surface during braking. The kit features Ksport's extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, which is machined from aircraft-quality billet and boasts a differential bore configuration with larger pistons compared to their ProComp calipers. This opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The stainless steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking performance. Each SuperComp system includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also mitigates thermal stresses caused by extreme heat, preventing the disc from warping or the braking surface from cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor helps reduce braking noise and more efficiently expels gas and pad debris than conventional designs. For optimal performance, every rotor is heat-treated and balanced before shipment. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles with more track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler.
