It builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, an increased number of pistons, and standard full-floating rotors that promote better self-centering within the caliper for reduced drag and improved braking efficiency. Constructed from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the calipers offer exceptional lightweight strength and superior resistance to corrosion. They are equipped with aluminum pistons, which provide better heat dissipation and ensure uncompromised operation even under demanding conditions. The kit features a floating two-piece rotor design, allowing the outer section to shift slightly for better self-centering, leading to lower brake drag and more consistent pad application. Included with the kit are SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic to provide optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days. These pads significantly reduce brake dust (by 50% or more compared to race pads), minimize noise, and decrease rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Furthermore, the kit comes standard with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines.
