The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide the ultimate stopping power for your Lexus NX200t without requiring vehicle modifications for installation. This sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade surpasses the Procomp kit with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, an increased number of pistons, and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering within the caliper. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece calipers are exceptionally lightweight, strong, and resistant to corrosion. They feature aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance and reliable operation. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM components. Complementing the calipers are CNC-machined carbon steel brackets that ensure a direct bolt-on fit to your vehicle's OEM caliper bracket locations. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear, operating effectively between 194°F - 1022°F. The D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, preventing line expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. The floating rotor option helps mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or braking surface cupping. Ksport utilizes a unique slot design on the rotors to reduce braking noise and expedite the expulsion of gas and pad debris. The rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are advised for vehicles that see more track use.
