These calipers utilize aluminum pistons for superior heat management. The floating two-piece rotor design allows for slight adjustments, promoting better self-centering and ultimately boosting performance through more even pad application. The kit comes standard with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which reduce line expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Ksport offers extensive customization for the calipers, including standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium options for high-polish finishes in Silver, Gold, and Titanium, as well as glassy/hard anodized colors, and over 20,000 custom color finishes. For the rotors, buyers can choose between cross-drilled (recommended for daily driving due to cooler operation) or slotted (recommended for track use).
