Supercomp Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for your Audi MK1 TT Quattro. This front brake system features a massive 421mm x 36mm rotor size and a lightweight SuperComp caliper forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. The caliper design includes larger pistons for enhanced stopping force, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Each caliper requires four brake pads. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces weight and prevents thermal stress from warping the disc. Standard options include cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles, or slotted rotors for track use. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track conditions with reduced dust and noise. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads, designed for extreme track conditions, are also available. All kits include CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation and DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and response. This product is made to order, and an ETA will be provided once the order is submitted to the supplier. It comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This Big Brake Kit is compatible with the Audi TT Mk1 (1998-2007) models, including 1.8T 180HP FWD, 1.8T 180HP Quattro, 1.8T 225HP, and 3.2L VR6 variants.
