The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents the pinnacle of brake upgrades, engineered to deliver unparalleled stopping power for your Mazda 323. Designed as a direct bolt-on solution, this kit eliminates the need for any vehicle modifications, ensuring a straightforward installation process. This sophisticated system builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp kit, incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads. It also features an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors, which enhance self-centering within the caliper for optimal performance and reduced drag. The calipers themselves are crafted from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons further contribute to heat resistance and reliable operation. Included with the kit are SC5 Street Pads, which provide excellent braking performance for both street use and occasional track days. These pads offer a significant reduction in brake dust and noise compared to race pads, while also minimizing rotor wear. The rotors are available in either cross-drilled (recommended for daily drivers for cooler operation) or slotted (recommended for track use) designs. Additionally, the kit features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate line expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Ksport offers customization options for caliper colors, including standard painted finishes like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish finishes in Silver, Gold, and Titanium, and even glassy/hard anodized colors. Over 20,000 custom color finishes are also available, making the options nearly limitless.
