The Ksport BKMZ300-446CO Supercomp Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to deliver maximum stopping power with no vehicle modifications required in most applications. This kit represents a significant step up over OEM braking systems for both street performance and track use. The calipers are machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, featuring a differential bore, opposed-piston configuration for even pad wear and rigidity. They utilize aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance and high-temperature seals with stainless-steel pad wear plates. This floating design absorbs thermal stress to prevent warping, and the unique slot design expels gas and debris efficiently while minimizing noise. The cross-drilled rotor style is recommended for daily driven vehicles as it runs cooler. Included are DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines that resist expansion for a firmer pedal feel. The kit comes with NAOC Ceramic brake pads, which have an optimal operating range of 194°F–1022°F, reduce brake dust by over 50%, and minimize rotor wear and noise. The kit includes billet aluminum caliper(s), floating cross-drilled brake disc(s), ceramic brake pads, stainless-steel braided brake lines, CNC machined carbon steel caliper bracket(s), and all required hardware.
