The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit represents Ksport's most extreme brake upgrade, engineered to deliver unparalleled stopping power for your 2005-2007 Subaru Impreza STI. This kit features larger-diameter slotted disc rotors and robust 8-piston calipers, ensuring superior braking performance under demanding conditions. Constructed with precision, the calipers are made from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering a balance of lightweight design and exceptional strength while resisting corrosion. The aluminum caliper pistons contribute to better heat resistance and smoother operation. Complementing the calipers are 2-piece vented rotors with cast iron braking surfaces and aluminum centers. This design reduces rotational mass, promotes quicker braking response, shortens stopping distances, and mitigates rotor warpage due to less restricted expansion and contraction. For sustained high-temperature track use, all caliper seals are heavy-duty, and the kit comes with stainless steel brake lines that prevent expansion under pressure for improved pedal response. The kit requires a minimum wheel diameter of 457mm (18") and is intended for performance and racing driving styles.
