Supercomp Big Brake Kit

This advanced system features a one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, designed for extreme lightweight construction (just over 5 lbs) with integrated protection grooves. The caliper utilizes a differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates for enhanced durability and performance. This kit incorporates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continually refreshes the brake pad surface during braking. The opposed piston caliper design offers improved pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups. Stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking force. Ksport utilizes a two-piece disc assembly to minimize rotating and unsprung weight. For many applications, a floating disc option is available to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping under extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotor efficiently expels gas and pad debris while reducing braking noise. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driving due to cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use.
