The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents Ksport's most extreme brake upgrade, engineered to deliver maximum stopping power for your Toyota Celica (2000-2006) with a straightforward bolt-on installation. This system enhances braking performance by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count compared to the Procomp series. The calipers are precision-crafted from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons are utilized within the calipers for improved heat dissipation and reliable operation. This kit features a floating two-piece rotor design, which allows the outer section to self-center, reducing brake drag and improving performance through more even pad application. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Pads, optimized for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise compared to race pads, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless steel braided brake lines are included, which prevent line expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler running temperatures. The calipers themselves are available in standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish finishes and over 20,000 custom color options also available.
