Supercomp Big Brake Kit, 330mm x 32mm Front

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit offers enhanced stopping power for your BMW E30 M3. This front brake system includes 330mm x 32mm rotors and is engineered to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool the brake pads for optimal performance. The SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, is extremely lightweight and features differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. It also includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Due to the caliper size, each requires four brake pads. The kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight, preventing thermal stresses from warping the disc. The unique slot design on the rotor helps expel gas and pad debris, and the rotors are heat-treated and balanced. Cross-drilled rotors are standard and recommended for daily driven vehicles, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use. This kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic and designed for street and occasional track conditions with optimal operating temperatures between 194°F – 1022°F. They offer reduced brake dust and noise compared to race pads. An optional upgrade to Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic for extreme track conditions (optimal temperatures 482°F – 1472°F), is available. This product is made to order, and an estimated time of arrival will be provided after the order is submitted to the supplier. The kit includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper location and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and response. Ksport offers a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
