Supercomp Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents the pinnacle of braking performance for your Toyota RAV4, engineered for maximum stopping power without the need for any vehicle modifications. This sophisticated, bolt-on upgrade system includes larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads compared to Ksport's Procomp kit. It also features increased piston size and standard full-floating rotors that enhance caliper self-centering for superior performance and longevity. The calipers are constructed from a one-piece solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. Aluminum pistons provide excellent heat resistance, and an opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad grip and wear. The two-piece rotor design offers reduced weight, fade-free performance, and comfortable operation for daily driving, with lightweight center sections made from 6061-T6 aluminum to minimize rotational mass and improve brake response. Rotors are available in either Cross Drilled (recommended for daily drivers) or Slotted (recommended for track use) configurations. Standard inclusions in the Supercomp Big Brake Kit are forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting hardware. Ksport offers customization options for caliper colors and rotor center bells. All Ksport Big Brake Kits come with a 12-month limited warranty. Please note that these kits are built to order, requiring 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. This system is appropriate for vehicles with 19-inch wheels and above. The included SC5 Street Pads offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. An optional upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions, though these are not recommended for street use.
