The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is an extreme, bolt-on brake upgrade engineered for the Audi S2, designed to deliver maximum stopping power without necessitating vehicle modifications. This kit offers enhanced performance over standard setups with its larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, coupled with increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering. The calipers are crafted from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight construction, unparalleled strength, and resistance to corrosion. They feature aluminum pistons for improved heat management and durability, along with opposed-piston design for consistent brake pad grip and wear. High-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates are standard. This kit requires 19-inch wheels or larger. The lightweight center sections, made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, lower rotational mass for quicker brake response. The design allows the rotor's outer section to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping. Buyers can choose between Cross Drilled rotors, recommended for daily driving due to cooler operation, or Slotted rotors, preferred for track use to remove heat, dust, and gases. Standard inclusions for the kit are forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware.
