SuperComp Big Brake Kit

This advanced system utilizes new brake technology to enhance performance, making it ideal for both street and track use. The SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet, is exceptionally lightweight and features a differential bore configuration with substantially larger pistons compared to ProComp models. It incorporates aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates for durability and performance. The opposed piston caliper design offers improved pad wear and greater rigidity than factory calipers, complemented by stainless steel brake lines that resist expansion under pressure. This kit includes Ksport's 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design mitigates thermal stresses, preventing disc warping and surface cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor efficiently expels gas and pad debris while minimizing braking noise. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. The product offers two rotor types: cross-drilled, recommended for daily drivers for cooler operation, and slotted, best suited for vehicles with more track time. The specific rotor type recommended depends on the intended use: cross-drilled for daily driven vehicles and slotted for track-focused applications.
