SuperComp Big Brake Kit

This kit integrates advanced brake technology that continuously cools and refreshes the brake pad surface during aggressive braking, making it ideal for both daily driving and track use. The SuperComp caliper itself is an extreme lightweight component, weighing just over 7 lbs. It is machined from aircraft quality billet and features a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons compared to Ksport's ProComp calipers. To enhance performance and longevity, it includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design offers improved pad wear and superior caliper rigidity over stock configurations, while the included DOT-compliant stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This kit features Ksport's 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing the disc from warping or the braking surface from cupping. For optimal performance, every rotor is heat-treated and balanced before shipment. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are better suited for daily driven vehicles.
