SuperComp Big Brake Kit

The SuperComp caliper, a standout component, is an extreme lightweight design machined from aircraft-quality billet. It features a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons compared to Ksport's ProComp calipers. Standard on this caliper are aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates, all working together to enhance pad longevity and caliper rigidity over stock components. The opposed-piston caliper design, coupled with stainless steel brake lines that resist expansion under pressure, ensures consistent and powerful braking. The SuperComp systems include a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also helps mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping and maintaining the integrity of the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor is optimized to reduce braking noise and more efficiently expel gas and pad debris compared to conventional designs. Each rotor is meticulously heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment to guarantee the highest level of performance. For vehicles that see more track use than daily driving, slotted rotors are recommended, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily drivers due to their cooler running characteristics.
