The Ksport SuperComp Front Big Brake Kit is a high-performance braking system designed for the BMW E89 Z4. It features a massive 8-piston caliper with differential bore configuration and larger pistons for enhanced stopping power.

The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces weight and prevents thermal stress from warping the discs. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and expels debris, while cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles.

At the core of this kit is the extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, precision-machined from aircraft-quality billet. It features a differential bore configuration with pistons significantly larger than those found in ProComp calipers, weighing just over 7lbs each. The caliper design includes machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates as standard. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems come standard with a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating disc design also mitigates thermal stresses caused by extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping of the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. This specific kit features cross-drilled rotors, which tend to run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles, and measure 380x32mm (15 inches). This kit is specifically designed for the BMW E89 Z4 models.
