SuperComp Big Brake Kit 8-Piston Caliper

This kit features large-diameter, 2-piece vented rotors with an aluminum center, measuring 421mm (16.6") in diameter. The robust braking force is generated by 8-piston calipers, constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum for exceptional strength and lightness. The opposed-piston caliper design ensures improved pad grip and reduced uneven wear, while aluminum pistons offer superior heat resistance and corrosion freedom. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets allow these larger-than-OEM calipers to bolt directly onto existing mounting points. The 2-piece rotor construction, combined with an aluminum center hat, reduces rotational mass, leading to quicker braking response and shorter stopping distances. This design also minimizes the chance of rotor warpage by allowing for less restricted expansion and contraction of the outer iron section. Heavy-duty caliper seals are incorporated for sustained high-temperature racetrack use, and stainless steel brake lines provide faster pedal response by preventing expansion under extreme conditions. This SuperComp Big Brake Kit is specifically designed for the 2015-2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost models. It requires a minimum wheel diameter of 533.4mm (21"). The kit includes street performance brake pads.
